Centered around the general consulting desk within the Kaikoukai Josai Hospital, we provide comprehensive in-home care from the three directions of treatment, hygiene, and welfare. In addition, by collaboration with the respective medical facilities for the acute, convalescent, and chronic phases, we provide seamless support from prevention to terminal care.

This service is used when patients return home after going through the acute and convalescent phases.

Maintaining lifestyles in familiar surroundings with the support of home helpers

Based on care plans and introductions from home nursing care support providers, home helpers and certified care workers visit the homes of users. We provide physical nursing care in the form of meals, bathing, and waste, as well as support in the form of housekeeping. This is a regionally-based service that also serves to support the families of the users.

Providing advance in-home medical care and nursing services upon collaboration with medical facilities

Through periodic visits to the homes of users and by conducting health checks and supporting physical examinations, this service provides nursing support. By collaborating with group medical facilities, we are able to respond to a variety of advanced medical needs including hemodialysis (HD) and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).
